Floby Rescue builds the future of firefighting and rescue vehicles. They have extensive experience in building rescue vehicles and aim to be the obvious choice for rescue services across Scandinavia. They continuously work on developing new and innovative solutions for their vehicles that align with future demands for sustainability and ergonomic thinking. They collaborate closely with their customers, authorities, and educational institutions that drive the development of future rescue vehicles. All manufacturing takes place in Floby, Sweden, and they work with Swedish-made components in their constructions. The company was founded in 1918 and has been building rescue vehicles since the 1940s. On-site in Floby, they have their own detail manufacturing, chassis adaptation, painting workshop, and final assembly. Their aftermarket function also offers everything from spare parts to service and repairs.

Job Description

We are now looking for an experienced assembler for our client Floby Rescue. You will be offered an exciting assignment where you can develop and utilize your entire professional competence. Here, you will work with customized assembly of both small and large components on a truck, which places high demands on you as a problem solver since the end product will be a fire truck.

Qualifications

You who apply have a technical high school education or work experience that we consider equivalent. For you, vehicles are a great interest, and you have experience working with cars and a passion for technology. You should also be accustomed to reading blueprints. Experience with electrical systems and hydraulics in vehicles is a plus.

You are engaged and attentive. You have personal commitment and can work independently. You must be driven/effective in your work and always prioritize quality. Furthermore, you are a team player who enjoys collaborating and is humble regarding the tasks you undertake. Here, you work in a team and together you ensure the delivery of world-class fire trucks!
